GRAIN BINS

We sell top quality storage products from GSI and Eaton. These two lines offer the best pricing and solutions for our customer, providing the producer with control of their operations, and maximizing profitability.

Wise Construction Inc. will take care of your farm grain project from concrete to completion. Our concrete crew has years of experience and will get the job done quickly and completely. We go strictly by industry standards, but with a Wise twist. We use # 4 rebar on 18” centers double in a 6” floor as well as #4 and #6 rebar in the floating foundations. Our concrete specs are higher than industry demands at 4,000 psi. Anchors are imbedded in concrete and connected to the bin with heavy-duty brackets. Every foundation is designed to fit the bin that is to be built, with foundations out of the ground 16” or 24”.

• Farm Series bins offer sizes ranging from 15' to 60' in diameter.
• Roof designs 30 or 35 degrees, with roof support rings firmly secured to give 6,000 lbs. on the center peak.
• Pre-punched vent knockouts have lips to eliminate moisture from entering.
• Choice of narrow or wide corrugation gives a wide range of sizes and height options.
• Large 40" fill opening is reinforced with a 10 gauge inner ring. This will allow for easy filling with no moving of loading equipment.
• Convenient Bin Access from galvanized heavy duty stairways and platforms, to walk through doors with inner panel options of two or three. Specially patented and designed lever latches that ensure a factory tight fit. Large diameter roof manway with full rubber seal.
• Unload systems are designed to fit each producers needs from 8" tube type standard unloads to 11" U-trough with Power Sweep. Neco and Springland are two of the manufacturers that provide exceptional quality and performance in this area.
